Empowering Schools
EB SEND Consultancy supports schools, academies and MATs to provide high quality, inclusive provision for primary aged children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
My aim is to ensure all children with SEND will have their needs met so they can achieve, thrive and fulfil their potential.
All about me
I am a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience across a range of educational settings in London, Hampshire and Dubai. My teaching career has spanned Reception through to Year 6, giving me a strong foundation in primary education and child development.
In 2013, I completed the NASENCO qualification at the University of Winchester. Since then, I have worked as a Inclusion Lead/SENDCo across primary schools and nurseries in Wandsworth, Kingston, Richmond, and Hammersmith & Fulham.
My experience also includes working as a Transition Teacher within a Local Authority SEN team, supporting pupils and families during the transition to secondary school. I hold an Elklan Level 3 qualification, further strengthening my expertise in speech, language, and communication needs.
Most recently, I served as Director of SEND for a small Multi-Academy Trust, leading strategic development and inclusive practice across schools. I continue to support some of the schools in my consultancy role.
In January 2026, I founded EB SEND Consultancy, with a commitment to supporting schools to ensure the best outcomes for children with SEND.
